Purpose of Meeting
Culpeper Human Services will participate in a facilitated staff development session using the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method, led by Andrew M. De Nicola, MLS, of Culpeper County Library. This team‑building workshop is designed to provide a refreshed perspective on departmental roles to help staff understand “what’s happening on the other side of the building.” The session will strengthen communication, enhance collaboration, and support our shared ability to meet the needs of the community more effectively.
