Build Stronger Teams Using the LEGO SERIOUS PLAY Materials & Methodology*

What Is LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®?

LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® is a hands-on method that uses LEGO bricks to unlock fresh ideas, spark deep thinking, and strengthen team communication. Participants build models that represent their thoughts, challenges, and goals - helping teams see things differently and solve problems in the 3rd dimension.

It’s not about how the model looks - it's about the story it tells. LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® helps teams construct shared understanding and build stronger narratives for the future.
