Join us to discuss the The Language of Butterflies by Wendy Williams.
The book explores the lives, intelligence, and importance of butterflies, detailing the human obsession with them through the lens of collectors, scientists, and conservationists.
Published in 2020, the book covers topics like monarch migration, the role of butterflies in ecosystems, and how their biology inspires new technology, revealing the deep connection between humans and these insects.
Held in conjunction with the Old Rag Master Naturalists, this event is open to all age 16+.
